Reply to your beta invitation with the email used for Shifu and a short description of what happened. Do not include passwords, access keys, raw work content, or confidential company information.
For access requests.
If you are not in the beta yet, return to the landing page and use the early-access form to tell us which career question you want to prepare for.
For a security concern.
Use the support route included with your beta invitation and begin the subject line with “Security.” Do not send credentials or secret material.
